The Regulations determines the procedure for organizing the activities of the Board of Trustees (hereinafter referred to as the Board of Trustees, the Board) of the Educational Institution "Almaty Management University" (hereinafter referred to as the University, ship sphere social related supporting development the system.
The Board of Trustees is a collegial highest governing body of an educational organization.
Regulation - this Regulation, which orders the procedure for the formation, rights, duties, responsibilities, and organization of the work of the Board of Trustees, as well as its interaction with other structural divisions of the University.
The management of the University is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Model Rules for the Activities of Educational Organizations of the relevant type, these Regulations and the Charter of the University, on the principles of unity of command and collegiality.
The direct management of the University is carried out by the Rector.
The Board of Trustees interacts with the administration of the University, the parent committee, local executive bodies, interested state bodies and other individuals and/or legal entities.
