Position: POSM Specialist
Location: Almaty
Monthly salary: 200 000 KZT (Net)
Type of employment: Labour Contract with a probation period of 3 months; enrolment to GTR state with work performance in a foreign company (out-sourcing);
Job description:
· supervision of POSM planning, design, production, delivery to regions of all brands;
· price negotiations with suppliers;
· POSM quality control;
· budget planning, spending and tracking;
· warehouse checks
Job requirements:
· Bachelor degree;
· technical/engineering background;
· knowledge/experience in POSM design and production (types of advertising/point of sale materials (POSM), types of POSM materials plastic, paper, carton, metal, etc.), POSM quality assessment, design basics);
· English Language – Fluent;
· effective communication skills – Advanced;
· Excel knowledge – High;
· analytical skills – High;
· operate with discipline – High;
· readiness to take the role for the long term (5+ years)
